Customers are increasingly finding products through creators and influencers, YouTube, TikTok, trusted publications, newsletters, affiliate commerce, strategic partnerships, and AI-powered search—not just Google.

At Atlas, we've built a strong foundation: established publication relationships, a live affiliate program, an in-house PR function, and a growing creator program. Now we're looking for someone to help scale it.

Whether your background is in affiliate or creator and influencer partnerships, you'll bring that expertise to Atlas while expanding into new channels and helping shape the future of our partnerships function.

What You'll Own

Affiliate

1. Grow and optimize Atlas' affiliate program across commerce publications and affiliate partners
2. Recruit new partners across coffee, lifestyle, gifting, travel, and emerging commerce audiences
3. Own partner performance, including CAC, contribution margin, and payback
4. Strengthen existing publication relationships while identifying and testing new opportunities
5. Partner cross-functionally to maximize product launches, gifting moments, and seasonal campaigns through new partnership initiatives that drive customer acquisition

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

1. Build and scale Atlas' creator and influencer ecosystem across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Substack, and emerging platforms
2. Scale our creator seeding and affiliate program (targeting ~150 creators/month)
3. Develop repeatable systems for outreach, creator economics, and performance
4. Use AI to accelerate research, outreach, reporting, and workflows

PR & Earned Media

1. Set PR strategy and guide our in-house PR lead
2. Expand relationships with editors, producers, and media partners
3. Develop editorial and earned media initiatives that support customer acquisition

Brand Partnerships

1. Build strategic partnerships across lifestyle, food, travel, wellness, and gifting brands
2. Develop co-marketing, B2B, and partnership initiatives with measurable commercial impact
3. Identify and test new partnership opportunities that help Atlas reach more customers

What Success Looks Like in Your First Year

1. You know the Atlas brand inside and out and confidently represent it to editors, creators, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners.
2. You've expanded Atlas' partnerships across affiliate, creators, publications, newsletters, B2B, and brand collaborations—building a repeatable pipeline for testing and scaling new growth opportunities.
3. You've built a scalable creator and influencer engine across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Substack that consistently drives customer acquisition and produces creative our paid team can amplify.
4. You run the partnerships function like an owner—making smart bets, measuring performance relentlessly, doubling down on what works, and moving on quickly from what doesn't.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years building and scaling affiliate, creator, influencer, or partnership programs that drive measurable customer acquisition. You don't need deep expertise across every channel, but you should be exceptional in at least one and excited to build across the others.
2. You think commercially. You understand CAC, contribution margin, attribution, partner economics, and what separates a good partnership from a great one.
3. You know how to run experiments. You have the judgment to know when to double down, when to walk away, and when an idea isn't worth pursuing.
4. You've built reporting in Google Analytics, Mode, Excel, or similar tools—or know your way around them well enough to measure and improve performance.
5. You use AI as a force multiplier for research, outreach, workflows, and decision-making.

Great to Have

1. Experience in DTC, subscription, or consumer brands
2. Existing relationships across commerce publications, creators, newsletters, affiliate networks, or strategic partners
3. Experience building a partnerships, affiliate, creator, or influencer program from the ground up
4. Familiarity with creator commerce, affiliate platforms, TikTok Shop, or other emerging discovery channels
5. A genuine passion for coffee, food, travel, gifting, or brands that create memorable customer experiences

Compensation & Benefits

1. Competitive base salary: $100,000–$130,000+ depending on experience

1. Remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates based in Austin or New York
